The Annual Drosophila Research Conference is the preeminent
meeting for Drosophila researchers. From students and trainees to PIs and
Faculty, there is something for everyone. Nearly 1,000 abstracts are submitted
each year and over 150 are selected for platform presentations ranging from
model organisms to human disease to cell biology, pattern formation and more. In
addition there are over a dozen plenary sessions that are varied in scope.
Trainees can also benefit from the experience as there are several sessions that
can help them with their career search, presentation skills, grant writing, and
much more.
Workshops on other topics of interest are also held in conjunction with the
conference. The Annual Drosophila Research Conference is an opportunity to learn about
the latest research, network with colleagues and share your scientific
findings.
