- Platinum - $10,000
- includes all Gold and Silver level items plus one page color ad in program book and one approved flyer on registration desk.
- Gold - $7,500
- includes all items in Silver level plus opportunity to display one approved brochure near registration area
- Silver - $5,000
- includes listing on website, ribbon at booth and recognition in sponsor slide and printed program book)
