Begin your Registration:
The deadline for receipt of early registration at the reduced rate is midnight, June 26, 2014. After that date, the program will continue to be available for online registration at the advance rate until midnight, July 31, 2014.
GSA members will benefit with discounted fees. Neither submission of an abstract nor GSA membership is required for attendance at the meeting. To register at the lower member rate, you must be a paid 2014 GSA member. Verify your current: GSA Membership Status Check. Apply or renew: GSA Membership. - You must enter a telephone number and an e-mail address to register on-line.
- Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a registration number. Please save this number for any future correspondence regarding your registration.

Payment
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Credit card payments will not be accepted by telephone or fax.

Request for Receipt/Letter of Invitation
A confirmation/receipt will appear directly online after a successful submission. Confirmation of registration will include your registration number. For questions about your registration, please contact sbrown@genetics-gsa.org.
A link to your letter of invitation will be given in the confirmation/receipt. For security purposes, letters of invitation can only be sent to individuals that have registered for the meeting.
To confirm registrant information and begin the request process, please provide the following:
Cancellation of Advance Registration
A $50 processing fee will be charged for all registration cancellations. Registration cancellations will be accepted and refunds processed by sending a written request via e-mail to
sbrown@genetics-gsa.org.
Cancellation requests must reach the GSA office by August
14, 2014. After that date, no refunds will be made. If you have already received your namebadge, it must be returned to the GSA office (9650 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20814-3998 Attn: Suzy Brown) in order to receive the refund.
Namebadges
Namebadges will be sent to all US and Canadian attendees who have registered by
July 31, 2014.
Program Book
All registrants receive one complimentary copy of the Program Book, with full schedule information including platform and poster session date, time, title, authors, abstracts, etc. as well as the keyword and speaker/author indexes.
