The 11th International Conference on Zebrafish Development and Genetics is the most comprehensive conference for the zebrafish community covering topics ranging from cancer and growth control to regeneration and stem cells. By exhibiting at this meeting you will expand your visibility and gain access to current and future customers in a collegial atmosphere. Sign up now to exhibit and acquire leads and highlight your products and services to an audience with buying power.

To ensure maximum traffic, the exhibits are central to all plenary and breakout sessions. In addition, these events will be held with the exhibits: Welcome Reception, Opening Mixer and refreshment breaks.

Based on past meeting attendance, we anticipate 950 participants this year. This meeting provides a forum that serves both Zebrafish research veterans and new-comers to the field.

EXHIBIT FEE

Commercial tables are $2,500. Included in standard table space rental:

• Company name, address, telephone, email, url and exhibit description in the Program Book given to every attendee
• Company logo displayed at the beginning of each plenary session
• Company logo listed on meeting website
• Exhibit booth staff registration for up to three company representatives for each 6'  space
• One full conference registration for exhibit representative
• One six foot table and two chairs
• 8' high back drape
• Post-conference Registration Mailing List

Application must include:

• Application form
• Payment information
• Names of company representatives attending meeting
• 50 word description to be included in Program Book
• High Resolution jpeg file of company logo

Payment may be made by check or credit card. Payment by check should be made payable to the Genetics Society of America. If paying by credit card, Visa, MasterCard or American Express will be accepted. Presentation of Products and Services

Exhibits must showcase instruments, products or services used in teaching or research, books or other publications in related scientific fields, computer programs and other products that encourage and support research in areas of genetics represented by the GSA. In keeping with the educational purpose of the GSA meetings, sales and order-taking are discouraged.

Exhibitor names, addresses and telephone/fax/email/web site numbers and address will be listed in the Program and Abstracts Volume. This book serves as a reference and resource guide for registrants.

Shipping Instructions

Exhibitors are responsible for shipping their exhibit materials. Shipments should be delivered between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, from June 17 through June 24. The loading dock is not open on Saturday or Sunday, June 21 and 22. Shipments should be addressed as follows:

Insurance

The Genetics Society of America, the Zebrafish Organizing Committee, University of WI, Madison and the Overture Center and their officers, agents and employees assume no liability for exhibitors' property.  Exhibitors are expected to carry adequate liability and loss insurance to cover possible loss/damage/theft of equipment, displays, personal items or other materials under the supervision of the Exhibitor.

Meeting Site and Facilities

All plenary, concurrent and workshop sessions will be held in the Overture Center. Poster Sessions will be at the University of Wisconsin, Memorial Union.  Attendees will be accommodated in residence halls within a ten-fifteen minute walk of Overture Center and Memorial Union. Lunch will be served at the Concourse Hotel and dinner will be in the Memorial Union.

Conference Registration

One full conference registration and three exhibit booth representatives are allowed with each exhibit space. Please supply the names of the company representatives on the Exhibitor Application. Badges will be at the conference registratioan desk under the company name.

Space Cancellation

Space may be canceled by written request to the Genetics Society of America and the entire amount paid by the Exhibitor will be refunded if request is received before April 9, 2014.  GSA will retain 50% of the total paid by the exhibitor for space cancellation requests received after April 9.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship will be awarded based on the first application received with the form and check or credit card payment. If the requested event has been assigned, GSA will contact the company representative to discuss other available options. The sponsorship opportunities are listed below.
